Florida, June 1.- The promoters of Prosalud of Florida developed a day of activities in schools and labor institutions of the municipality in greeting to World No Tobacco Day with the slogan Living without smoking, that is Life.
On this occasion, a special morning meeting was held at the Camilo Cienfuegos elementary school, where they recognized the winning students of the drawing contest for World Smoke-Free Day, held an act at the Leopoldo Rey Sampayo Pediatric Hospital, and gave a talk on the harmful effects of tobacco use, even for passive smokers.
As part of the activities planned for the World No Tobacco Day, this May 31, the Rubén Martínez Villena municipal library and the headquarters of the Blue Footprints Project were declared Smoke-Free workplaces.
