Eleven Floridian families benefited from the free delivery of refrigerators (+Audio and Post)

Florida, April 3 – Eleven Florida families in vulnerable situations and with low economic solvency in the municipality of Florida benefited from the free delivery of refrigerators, as part of the social and humanist work carried out by the Cuban Revolution.

In the different centers selected for the allocation of this equipment, there are adults and children affected by low weight, severe disabilities, intellectual and nutritional disorders, Down’s syndromes, blindness, epilepsy and other serious congenital or acquired diseases.

Distributed through the territory’s Prevention, Attention and Social Assistance System, the 11 refrigerators were given free of charge to an equal number of vulnerable families and will undoubtedly improve their quality of life and food preservation capabilities.

The delivery of refrigeration equipment materialized in Florida is part of the continuity of the acquisition program and transfer of resources for citizens and families at a disadvantage with the rest of society,thats’s why, this year, the highest body of state power in the municipality endorsed a budget of more than six million pesos.
