Florida, Jul 22.- Honey from bees is the fastest growing export ruble in the municipality of Florida this year, with more than 6,400 tons collected above the plan set for the stage, according to a report from the Municipal Administration Council.
At the end of June, the growth in obtaining honey from bees in the town is 144 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, for the benefit of local and national economic activity, given the need for foreign currency income to finance social programs and development projects.
The report of the local administration reveals that during the first half of this 2023 four of the eight exportable lines arranged in the municipality of Florida were fulfilled, where only growth in exports of honey bees, and scrap copper and aluminum were reported.
In the exports of charcoal, a growth is appreciated with respect to the previous year, but the plan of the current stage is not fulfilled with a debt of about 50 tons.
