In Florida Municipal Conference of the Food and Fisheries Union

Florida, Oct 20.- With the participation of the 23 delegates and national, provincial and municipal representatives, the Conference of the Food and Fishing Union was held in the municipality of Florida.

After analyzing the issues related to the quality of the productions, the saving of energy carriers and union discipline, the delegates who will participate in the Provincial Conference were selected, among them Luisa Mesa Amador, worker of the Bread #1 chain, Adrian Hernández Matos administrator of #2, René Abreu Avezada, Edisbel Rodríguez Aguilar and Héctor Veloz Facundo, the latter representing the Combinado Lácteo.

The delegates Ramón Rodríguez González, from Empacadora Tomás Rojas, Yaneisy Cabrera Ortega, from Alimentaria and Rigoberto Peláez Agüero, from Pesca, were also selected, who will represent the interests of their colleagues in the provincial event.

With the presence of Elida Verdecia Álvarez, member of the national leadership of the Food and Fisheries Union, Aymara Alonso Estoque was ratified as secretary of that union in the municipality of Florida and the other four non-professional members of the branch.
