Florida, September 7 – As part of the «Visit to Economic Actors» initiative in the municipality of Florida, four non-state management entities were ordered to close their businesses this week after repeated violations of regulations governing self-employment were found.
The lack of invoices justifying the origin of goods, price-setting violations, deficiencies in document updates, and disregard for banking regulations remain grounds for fines, suspensions, and warnings accumulated over the more than 15 days of the initiative.
On Thursday, a meeting was held with most of the managers contracted by the non-state actors in Florida to emphasize the importance of properly advising their clients and ensuring their actions comply with current laws.
The visits by the inspection teams formed in Florida for the National Inspection Exercise to state and non-state economic actors will continue until September 15, and after that, the actions of the usual control bodies will be increased, with the objective of sustaining what has been achieved to date.
