Florida, April 13 – With the slogan Central For Cuba, together we create, the leadership of the labor movement develops several activities in Florida to greet the advent of May 1st International Proletariat Day.
During this week special mornings were held to read the call for the proletarian celebration, in addition to volunteer work in labor centers, and for Saturday, April 13, a dominoes tournament was announced with the title Este 1ro de Mayo estoy pegao, among other actions.
The World Proletariat Day will be celebrated this year with immense challenges, due to the economic situation of the country, but at the same time convinced and ready to face them with the same firmness as always, and with the invariable determination to advance for the dreams of equity and social justice.
The municipal leadership of the workers’ movement calls on the people of Florida to march to the Ñico López square on May 1st and to celebrate International Workers’ Day with various initiatives.
