Florida, Dec 18.- The two best athletes in the municipality of Florida in 2023, the sprinter Yarima García Díaz and the tennis player Adrián Pérez Niebla, are also included in the list of the 10 most outstanding athletes in the province of Camagüey this year.
This is how it emerged from the meeting in which the best athletes of the Camagüey territory were announced, in a list headed by the boxer Julio César La Cruz and the runner Rose Mary Almanza, as the most outstanding Camagüeyan athletes this season.
In the case of Floridians, Adrián Pérez and Yarima García, it is significant to highlight that in previous years both were selected as the best youth athletes in the province of Camagüey in their respective sexes, the tennis player in 2019 and the sprinter in 2022.
