Florida, December 15.- Elena María Obregón Navarro is a Floridian poet with laudable results in national and international competitions, and works included in anthologies published inside and outside the country.
A member of the Cuban Association of Physically Impaired Motorists (ACLIFIN), through sheer will she has managed to overcome all the obstacles that life has presented her and achieve fulfillment, taking advantage of all the possibilities of social inclusion that the Revolution has provided her.
