Florida, Jul 17.- Four students from the different schools in the municipality of Florida were awarded in the Grow Up Healthy International Contest, sponsored by UNICEF, as reported by Eleodoro Carvajal García, president of the José Martí Cultural Society in the territory.
The winners of the International award are students from the José Martí, Leonor Pérez, Félix Varela primary schools, and the José Luis Tassende de las Muñecas Special School, who represented the municipality and the province of Camagüey.
These students competed in the modalities of stories, poetry and drawings, where they expressed how to prevent COVID-19 and the importance of water for human life and nature.
The award ceremony for the four Floridian pioneers awarded in the Grow Up Healthy International Contest was held at office number 12 in the North health area.
