Several micro and small Florida companies already contribute to the state budget

Florida, June 16.- The micro and small private companies approved in the municipality of Florida already contribute finances to the state budget, for the concept of taxes on their income and profits from sales and provision of services, after completing their trial period and tax benefit of six months or one year, depending on each case.

As reported by the Tax Administration Office (ONAT) in Florida, at the end of May 11 Mipymes made contributions, and to date one million 700 thousand pesos have been recorded for this concept.

It is specified that to date 73 percent of the micro and small private companies that operate in the municipality are taxed, since of the total of 25 MSMEs approved in the territory, five are in the testing period or in the processing phase, and one similar figure in process of cancellation.

The Florida ONAT directive explains that the contributions of these new economic actors are similar to those of the rest of the business entities of the municipality, which must pay 10 percent of sales for the provision of services, taxes on profits and personal income , and from the first two years in operations, also contribute to the local development program.
