Florida, June 1.- Arturo Nazco Labrada, was elected as the new president of the Art Instructors Brigade, José Martí, in the assembly to assess the work carried out during the last year, a meeting in which they debated important issues related to the internal functioning and on how to guarantee a better artistic creation from the institutions and communities where they work.
The need to rescue the festivals of the different artistic manifestations, from schools to the municipal level, and the importance of the constant improvement of the brigade members in cultural issues and national and foreign current affairs, were the focus of the debates of the meeting, as well as the essential objective of promoting spaces for artistic creation in each setting where they are located.
The brigadistas called to raise awareness to contribute to the artistic development of the territory and its communities, with the support and contribution of all entities and organizations committed to strengthening community cultural policy.
Another of the aspects addressed during the balance of the Art Instructors Brigade was related to the budget and resources allocated to cultural activities with the presence of fans.
