Florida, Apr 25.- During the municipal act for International Workers’ Day held at the Tomás Rojas Rodríguez Packing Plant in Florida, the special recognition For the Paths of Agramonte was given to José Salvador Rivero Casellas, for his performance as director of that Unit Base business of the territory.
Federico Hernández Hernández, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and first secretary of that body in the province, and Yulian León Rondón, leader of the labor movement in Camagüey, awarded the Empacadora collective the May 1st Center Plaque, for fulfilling with all the productive indicators.
In the activity, Larry Iznaga Echarte and Ricardo Fernández, the most outstanding innovators in the industry were selected for the contributions made to maintain high-tech equipment in the factory.
The young people Adriana Laredo Álvarez, Duner Samuel Zulueta and Armando González Rodríguez also received recognition for being outstanding workers in the production.
During the celebration of the municipal act for International Workers’ Day, the members of the labor group of the Florida Empacadora reaffirmed their commitment to participate in the parade to the Plaza Ñico López in the city, this May 1st.
