Florida, Apr 21.- Floridian Noelia Estrada Ortiz received recognition from the Provincial Electoral Council, from the highest authorities of the Communist Party, from the Government and from the rest of the members and collaborators of the municipal entity, for her extraordinary performance and trajectory in the different consultation processes to the popular will developed from 1976 to date.
Commitment, seriousness, demand, full mastery of tasks, solidarity, enthusiasm and a sense of belonging were some of the qualifiers used to highlight the work of Noelia, who for the last 13 years has served as secretary of the Florida Municipal Electoral Commission and Council.
Her first steps in these struggles led her to participate as a pioneer in the care of the polls in the Las Parras area, and later she went through different assignments in commissions and electoral tables of the constituency, member and secretary of the municipal entity, responsible for organizing , direct and supervise here the elections, consultations, plebiscites and referendums called by the State and the Government of the Republic.
With tears and an emotion that spread to the participants in the Annual Balance of the Electoral Council of the municipality of Florida, Noelia Estrada Ortiz, her secretary to date made room for the relief for health reasons, but received the Diploma of recognition for her 47 years of collaboration amid the applause of his colleagues, and reiterated his commitment to remain, like Raúl, «with his foot in the stirrup to serve the Homeland, the Revolution and Socialism.»
