Florida, Apr 13.- The first Scientific Event on Justice and Law, with a territorial nature, was held at Florida municipal people’s court, with the presence of jurists from the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes and Esmeralda municipalities.
The three presentations presented at the meeting focused on issues related to assisted reproduction techniques and their regulation in the new Family Code, crimes against computer security and their classification in Cuban criminal law, and the Judge as guarantor of due process.
The presentations presented by each one of the legal professionals were based on current judicial problems, with experiences that instruct and help those who have the responsibility of guaranteeing compliance with the laws in the execution of the processes.
The result of the papers presented at the first Justice and Law Scientific Event held in Florida was satisfactory and they were selected to compete in this contest at the provincial level.
