Florida farmers congratulate young people and pioneers on the anniversary of their organizations

Florida, Apr 4.- «Young people are the best seed that can reach the earth, because from the fertilizer of their freshness, enthusiasm and commitment to the homeland, essential fruits are born to feed the present and future work of the Cuban Revolution.»

This was confirmed by the highest peasant leadership in the municipality of Florida by sending its congratulations to the more than 120 militants of the Union of Young Communists (UJC) and the rest of the new pines in the sector, on the occasion of the celebration of the 61st anniversary of that of that organization on April 4.

«We call on them to continue their leadership and daily contribution in fundamental tasks of food production and other political and social tasks in the peasant environment,» said Luis Enrique Arribas Rodríguez, president of the municipal committee of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), who also signified the trust of that body in the potential and support of younger agrarians.

The Florida peasant organization brings together more than 320 young people under the age of 30 in its ranks, among which many outstanding in livestock work, planting and harvesting various crops, sugar cane development and management administrative.

In recognition of the new generations of Floridians in the midst of the celebrations for the birthday of the UJC and the José Martí Pioneers Organization, it is also used to recognize the outstanding participation of peasant boys and girls in the recovery of the damages of the Hurricane Ian and in the different electoral processes developed in the last 12 months.
