Florida, Sep 17.- The new Code of Cuban families does not take away rights from parents, as some spread on the basis of the outdated theory of parental authority; They are lost by those who fail to fulfill their duties and do not honor their parental responsibility.
In this legal regulation, the Cuban State recognizes families as the fundamental cell of society, and establishes that its different forms of organization are based on relationships of affection and are created between relatives, whatever the nature of the relationship.
The journalist Yunier Soler Castellanos proposes a story that exemplifies what was stated above.
