Florida, Sep 2.- The work of professionals in the sector in Florida this summer was evaluated by directors of the National Institute of Sports and Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) on a tour of some athletic areas and facilities in the municipal capital.
This working visit was led by Mr. Orisel Pérez Fernández, National Recreation Methodologist at INDER, who, together with local sports authorities and government officials, exchanged with teachers and practitioners about the activities carried out during the summer stage in the José Martí Park, the Chess Academy and in one of the areas of the Microdistrict, a settlement included in the Program for communities in transformation.
Similarly, the INDER official went to the headquarters of the municipal radio station Radio Florida, where he learned of the link between the professionals of Physical Culture and Sports with that communication medium that amplifies the promotion of recreational and athletic activities, and through which morning gymnastics exercise courses are taught this summer.
During the visit it was verified that in the midst of the current socioeconomic contingency that the country is going through, in this territory Recreation and Sports teachers, activists and trainers maximize creativity and desires to further systematize the development of activities that contribute to the healthy recreation of the population.
