Florida, August 18 – The most recent phase of the National Inspection of Economic Actors in the municipality of Florida concluded this Friday with the inspection of 16 non-state sector entities, where an equal number of violations of the established operating regulations were detected.
This resulted in the imposition of nearly twenty fines stipulated in the decrees that regulate the performance of commercial and service activities in the private sector, compliance with the provisions for the use of digital payment gateways, and current banking and tax policies.
In four of the inspected management practices, the measure of making forced deposits in the bank was applied, which, in total, amounted to approximately 50,000 pesos.
In summarizing the actions of the working committees in charge of overseeing the activities of economic actors in the municipality of Florida this Friday, the conduct of private business owners who close their doors to state control was denounced, an attitude that, according to the assessment in the Municipal Defense Council, can lead to penalties and even the definitive closure of the establishment.
