Azumat Agricultural Production Agency in Florida: National Vanguard!

Florida, April 17 – At a ceremony held at the Florida Agricultural Production Agency, part of the Azumat Camagüey Branch, the men and women working at this facility received, for the third consecutive time, the National Vanguard Collective award from the National Union of Sugar Workers.

During the event, presided over by Party, Government, and Cuban Workers’ Federation authorities from Camagüey province and the municipality of Florida, along with directors of the Azumat National Company, a group of units and workers were also recognized as outstanding for the 2025 period.

For its part, the Azumat Camagüey Branch was also awarded the National Vanguard flag and diploma for the second time in the last two years.

In summarizing the event, the National Director of the Azumat Company, Héctor Companión y Echemendía, highlighted the virtues of the award-winning groups and offered an overview of how much they have managed to do amidst the current limitations based on innovation, creative resilience and the diversification of their productions.
