Festejan en Florida seis años del Consejo Electoral Nacional (+Audio y Post)

Florida, July 14 – On the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the establishment of the National Electoral Council (CEN), the employees of the municipal body of Florida celebrated with a meeting where they recognized a group of collaborators and pioneers who have performed various tasks as grassroots electoral authorities in the partial elections held this year.

The exchange between colleagues and volunteers included Liliana Boudet Nápoles Lili, First Secretary of the Communist Party in Florida; Evelyn Márquez Álvarez, President of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power; and Marilyn Becerra Fernández, member of the Provincial Electoral Commission, along with figures with exemplary track records in electoral missions.

The occasion was an opportune moment to exchange experiences and officially award the Sixth Anniversary of the CEN to the headquarters of its counterpart in the territory.

During the meeting, the career of Delia Diepa Peláez, who has been involved in electoral activities in the Agramonte community of the municipality of Florida since 1976, was recognized. She shared her experiences with journalist Pedro Pablo Sáez Herrera.
