Florida, April 25 – The invitation was extended in Florida to show their skills by dancing with an Implemento to develop the Senior Citizen Gymnastic Composition Festival, an event that took place at the Cielo Floridano recreational facility with the participation of the senior citizens linked to the grandparents’ circles of the three Sports Combinations of the territory.
With the joy that characterizes them, the grandmothers and grandfathers of Floridan presented their gymnastic compositions with uniformity and good technique in a show that stood out for the color, the harmony of the forms, the exaltation of rhythm and movement through music.
The jury that evaluated the presentations of the Senior Citizen Festival Bailando con un Implemento awarded the first place to the Círculo de Abuelos Renacer a la Vida, from the Combinado Argentina, led by Dayanis Escalante, for the correct execution of the exercises, which will allow them to participate in the provincial event, which will be held online.
Recognition was also given to the presentations of the grandparents’ circles Siempre por más and Renacer es Volver a Vivir led by instructor Lisbey Álvarez Serrano at the Agramonte Combinado, and to those of the Ibarra popular council, who, guided by teacher Lucía Reyes, enjoy the physical activities Sin Temor a Envejecer (Without Fear of Growing Older).
