Polytechnic training will be guaranteed in Florida for the next school year

Florida April 24. About 20 options for the continuity of studies in the next teaching calendar will be available at the Sabino Pupo Milian Agricultural Polytechnic Institute (IPA) in the municipality of Florida, when the unification with the Manuel Rivero Gómez School of Economics of Avellaneda is completed, according to information provided by the General Directorate of Education of the territory in the school year that will begin in December, enrollment should rise to more than 600 students in middle-level technical specialties and skilled workers. Among the options to be offered or maintained in the process of training middle-level professionals at the Sabino Pupo IPA in Florida are Sugar Machinery, Agricultural Mechanization, Apparel, Commerce, Food Processing, Agronomy, Transportation Operations, Railway Equipment Maintenance, Accounting, Human Capital Management and Gastronomic Services, among others. For the training of skilled workers, there are offers for Tobacco Twisting, Textile Confections, Agriculture and Livestock and Food Processing Assistant, all options that respond to the demand for skilled labor force in the municipality’s economy.
