Florida, Mar. 21 – The activities planned for the National Maternity and Paternity Day continue in the schools of the municipality of Florida. Equal in rights and responsibilities, which is being held throughout the country from February 14 to April 4.
Presided this year with the slogan Family coexistence in equity, the day encourages a contribution to the integral development of human beings, and a reflection on the exercise of authority and the role of limits for a healthy growth process.
Special mornings, workshops with health promoters, teachers and students, educational talks and master classes are some of the actions that have been carried out in local schools since February, with the sponsorship of the General Directorate of Education and the collaboration of the Prosalud Group and the Assisted Planning Program of Florida.
The National Day of Responsible Parenthood is intended to raise awareness, promote spaces for reflection and dialogue, in addition to providing tools that contribute to the development of co-responsibility and self-care, together with the preparation of the families as the sustainers of the upbringing, in the task of helping them to grow up.
