Florida, Jan. 21 – During the XVIII ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in Florida, during the current term of office, the budget allocated by the State for the current year, amounting to 657 million 413 thousand 200 pesos, was presented and approved.
This amount will be used to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives established in the Economy Plan, prioritize the satisfaction of the population’s basic services, including Education, Health, Culture, Sports, Housing and Assistance and Social Security, among others, and address demographic and rural challenges.
During the discussion of the budget allocated to the municipality of Florida for the year 2025, the delegates were in favor of achieving an adequate execution of the figures to guarantee the progress of the objectives of the Economic and Social Development Plan until 2030.
Prior to this session of the assembly, other issues related to the liquidation of the Budget and the Plan of the Economy of the previous year were analyzed in the work commissions, as well as the attention to the complaints of the population.
The delegates attending the ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in Florida also analyzed other economic and social issues that have an impact on the life of the population.
