Florida, Nov. 18 – Omar Baryolo Rodríguez is a Floridian who was born in the vicinity of Loma de Urabo in the distant year 1956, his life story is linked to the educational sector and the tasks related to the defense of the country, as he was a teacher, an internationalist combatant and as an officer of the Revolutionary Armed Forces he contributed to the integral formation of numerous young people.
