Florida, Oct. 8 – In the municipality of Florida, 24 blocks are reported to be in transmission by arbovirosis and another 30 were declared under risk due to the deficient hygienic-epidemiological situation in their environment and the latent threat of the Aedes aegypti mosquito.
In an interview with journalist Mayelin Baryolo Rodríguez, nursing graduate Luis Manuel Lastre, advisor to the arbovirosis program in the municipality of Florida, comments on the new work strategy adopted for the elimination of the vector.
