September, 2024.- Faced with the increase of each of the new phenomena related to indiscipline, illegalities, crimes and outbreaks of corruption that are currently stalking and plaguing Cuban society, and of course, the municipality of Florida, it is inevitable to return once again to the speech given by the Historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, in the Aula Magna of the University of Havana, on November 17, 2005.
