The political leadership of the territory awards the results of the Floridian Apiculture.

Florida, Aug. 7 – The Municipal Bureau of the Communist Party in Florida congratulated the beekeepers of the territory on the productive results of the month of July and for the successful progress of this program in the advanced stage of the current year.

In the last 30 days, the beekeepers surpassed, widely, the quantities of honey, wax and propolis contracted for the collection in the referred stage, with individual highlight of the beekeepers Gelania Cabrera, Lázaro Martínez and Alberto Tomey, together with the entities of Otero and the Cooperative of Agricultural Production (CPA) Abel Santamaría.

Executives and collaborators of the Florida brigade, belonging to the Camagüey Beekeeping Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB), thanked the effort of different factors that understand the strategic importance of supporting the fulfillment of this exportable item.

They also highlighted the favorable performance of the administrations of the Credit and Service Cooperatives Romárico Cordero, Leopoldo Rey Sampayo and Frank País; of the CPA Abel Santa María and of the Provincial Grain Company Ruta Invasora, in supporting the tasks of local beekeeping.

The productive success achieved to date by the beekeepers of the municipality of Florida demonstrates the height of their commitment to the needs of the country, in response to the implementation of a work system that allows overcoming current difficulties, including the lack of fuel for the castration and transfer of the hives.
