Poor condition of roads and highways threatens road safety in Florida

Florida, July 1 – The current poor condition of the streets and roads in the municipality of Florida threatens road safety, although the main causes of accidents in the territory are still the inattention of drivers and non-compliance with traffic regulations.

Traveling on a road full of potholes and unevenness deteriorates the technical condition of vehicles and mopeds, which affects their operation and weakens their resistance capacity during travel, to the detriment of the safety of passengers or loads.

During transit on a road in poor condition, drivers will instinctively do their best to protect the integrity of their vehicles and in this effort they perform unusual driving maneuvers that break the road order and transgress the regulations for safe circulation.

Much attention will have to be paid to the increase of traffic heading to Playa Florida during the current summer season, taking into account the deplorable situation of the access road to this recreational destination for the population of this and other neighboring municipalities.
