Florida, May 10 – Women have a significant role in the rural economy as farmers or salaried producers and assume responsibilities in the supply of food to the rest of the population, that is the case of Gladis Castillo Salazar, an associate in the Basic Unit of Cooperative Production (UBPC) Mártires de Florida.
