Florida, Mar. 10 – The growth and naturalization of crime constitutes a threat to the economic and social development of the country in any space and territory, impacts on the peace of mind of citizens and endangers the very survival of the work of the Cuban Revolution.
This was defined by the authorities of the Communist Party and the Government of the province of Camagüey after certifying the increase of this scourge in the municipality of Florida, where criminal activities such as robbery and burglary and losses in livestock due to the illegal slaughter of animals, so far this year, exceed the results of the same stage of the previous calendar.
In order to revert this panorama, a call was made to reinforce the confrontation based on the projections outlined, with unity as a motto, in the common battle against behaviors and people who seek to profit from the collective goods or try to survive on the sweat and sacrifice of others.
To the call to multiply the battle against crime, corruption and other evils and distortions in the municipality of Florida must be added, as priorities, the fight against consumption, trafficking and possession of drugs and the condemnation of violations of the provisions for the care and exploitation of forest resources.
