Florida, December 28.- Parabadminton player Manuel del Rosario Pargas received the recognition, admiration and affection of the people of his native municipality of Florida, after achieving the Silver medal in the most recent Parapan American Games in Santiago, Chile.
After his participation in the continental multi-sport event, his return home took some time, as he was given the opportunity to attend a Para badminton Open held in Dubai, where he tried to add points to improve his position in the world ranking and achieve closer to Paralympic qualification.
