Florida, Dec. 5.- Cuban Builder’s Day is celebrated every December 5, it was proposed by the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro Ruz in 1972 on the occasion of the third Congress of Builders and in tribute to his comrade Armando Mestre Martínez, Moncada raider, Granma expeditionary and martyr of the sector.
