Florida, Nov 17.- With almost 40 million pesos lost in the economic management of this year, the Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz Agroindustrial Sugar Company of the municipality of Florida faces the challenge of getting up and growing in search of alternatives for medium and long-term recovery term.
According to the entity’s top management, the proposals to achieve this include sugarcane growth, the reduction of expenses in the refining process, the provision of services to third parties and the promotion of exportable items such as coal and others.
Equally important should be the increase in agricultural lines, the restructuring of workforces, the productive relocation and use of floating human capital, in addition to the battle against crime inside and outside the industry becoming a task of vital importance.
The urgency and leadership and control capabilities required by the different actions for economic recovery in the Ignacio Agramonte Sugar Agroindustrial Company of the municipality of Florida also require the strengthening of the role of the cadres, the political accompaniment of the Party and the leading performance of the union structures of the entity.
