Florida High School students get ready to celebrate their FEEM Cup

Florida, Nov 15.- The torch that will light the cauldron at the start of the Municipal Cup of the Federation of High School Students (FEEM) next Thursday, began this Tuesday the tour of several educational institutions in the territory where students attend that belong to the FEEM.

Escorted by sporting glories, outstanding students and exemplary workers, the journey began from the Sabino Pupo Milián Agricultural Polytechnic Institute to the School of Trades, later she arrived at the Manuel Rivero Gómez Polytechnic Institute of Economics in Avellaneda and was also received by the students of the Institute Urban Pre-University Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Today the torch will be handed over to the Rolando Valdivia Rural Pre-University Institute, and the young people of this center will have the mission of guarding it until the Leidis Oquendo Sports Court tomorrow, November 16, when the sporting event will be inaugurated, on the eve of International Student Day ( November 17).

The Master Dante Sánchez Hernández, integral methodologist of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) in Florida, reported that the competition will extend until April 4 to coincide with the 62nd anniversary of the José Martí Pioneers Organization (OPJM) and 61 years of the Communist Youth Union (UJC), greater possibility that young people will have to participate in the different competitions organized in this regard.

Every year this event is held with the purpose of stimulating sports and recreation actions in educational institutions, with the objective of consolidating and promoting a healthy rivalry between students and promoting the development of healthy, cultured and useful recreation; Students from the Institute of Economics, the Sabino Pupo Polytechnic, the School of Trades and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Rolando Valdivia Fernández pre-university students participate in the competitions, who will join together to sustain a fraternal contest on the ground in various sports disciplines, allies of the youth. and knowledge.
