Florida, Aug 29.- A varied program of cultural and recreational activities enlivened the municipality of Florida this weekend, dedicated to celebrating the end of summer 2023, with the participation of art instructors, professional and amateur artists, and the support of the institutions of the territory in charge of guaranteeing the distraction of the people.
Among the proposals there was a gala by the Hermanos Saíz Association and the cultural activity in the José Martí park, starring the artistic talent of Casa de Cultura Luis Casas Romero, the Brigade of Art Instructors and the special presentation of the Association folklore Rumbalaroye.
The activities were joined by the Casa de la Trova, which invited guests to enjoy their usual proposals, and the Negro Bembón literary cultural center received the Guantanamo writer Eldis Baratute, who spoke with local poets and the Literature-loving public.
Recreational and cultural proposals also reached the communities to the delight of the inhabitants of the different population settlements, with the presentation of patio artists.
