Florida, Aug 7.- The sports family in the territory was present this weekend in the rural community of San Antonio to promote the healthy recreation of that population during the celebration of the Festival de la Espiga, a traditional event of that Florida town that intends to revitalize itself in this summer stage.
The direction of the Municipal Sports Sector informs that this Saturday and Sunday the work of promoting sports and recreational activities was reinforced in the rice community, with the transfer of Physical Culture professionals from the municipal seat to that demarcation, to increase the capacity organization of athletic events.
As detailed in that information, along with recreational activities, soccer matches are held with the participation of children and youth, as well as a friendly baseball match between Florida athletes from the current sugar league and practitioners residing in the San Antonio People’s Council. .
