Florida, May 20.- The beekeepers of the municipality of Florida celebrate this May 20 World Bee Day with various activities to highlight the economic, natural and environmental importance of this honey-producing species and other items of high demand in consumption. human, industrial and medicinal.

According to the information offered by the governing group of Beekeeping in the territory, starting at eight in the morning this Saturday, the city park will be the main stage of the celebration with a fair with products from the beehive, exchange with breeders and the meeting with pioneers of the circle of interest Beekeeping of the José Martí primary school.

The protagonists of this substantial activity in Florida will arrive at World Bee Day with favorable results in their work, including stability in the ranks and compliance with the collection and storage plans for honey, wax and propolis, among other items.
