According to sports activity authorities in this territory, the list of the Cuban delegation that will participate in the athletic event includes the gymnast Danaylis León Joseph, the sprinter Yarima García Díaz, the tennis player Adrián Pérez Niebla and the volleyball player Adrián Chirino Callam .
With ages between 16 and 21, the young people who will represent Cuba in this event will test and increase their preparation for other sporting events, such as the Central American and Pan American Games, also scheduled for this year, in San Salvador. and Santiago de Chile, respectively.
