Florida, Feb 3.- Pioneer delegations of the Florida sports movement travel this weekend to the provincial capital of Camagüey to compete in events of four athletic disciplines, for girls and boys between 10 and 12 years of age.
According to reports from the sports authorities of the municipality, this Friday the Floridian teams of both sexes that will participate in the provincial competitions of Badminton, Weightlifting and Archery will move to the city of Camagüey.
For its part, on Saturday it is up to the Florida delegation that will compete in Handball, whose first provincial event in 2023 for the 11 and 12-year-old category, will also have its headquarters in the capital of the Camagüey province.
In all athletic disciplines for the pioneer category, up to two provincial events and a national level tournament for both sexes must be held during the year, which in the previous three years was not possible, due to the conditions imposed by COVID-19 and the economic difficulties of the country.
