Floridian women at the forefront of the nomination process

Florida, Nov. 1-In the municipality of Florida, 47 women were selected as candidates for constituency delegates in the different popular councils of the territory during the process of Nominating candidates for Delegates of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power.

Rita Viltres Ríos, Secretary General of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) in the territory highlighted the female representation of all sectors of society in this process, from a housewife to a professional, women all prepared with high responsibility and commitment. with the Cuban Revolution.

The leader also reported that Floridian women work in the constituencies of the territory in the organization, cleaning and beautification of the places where community assemblies are held.

Until this October 27, 47 women from the municipality of Florida were selected as delegate candidates, who have the task of representing the interests of the people in the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power.
