Florida, Oct 4.- The direction of the State Unit of Various Productions of Otero, in the municipality of Florida, will assume from now on the administration of the municipal Zoo, in order to restore vitality to the infrastructure of that enclosure and generate new options recreational for the families of the demarcation.
This was reported in the most recent session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power, and Juan Serrano, director of the entity belonging to the Invasive Route Provincial Grain Company, reported that the first actions for the revival of the Floridian Zoo will be aimed at repairing the old facilities and cages, together with the conservation and attention to the abundant vegetation existing in the area.
The manager explained that for the reopening of the enclosure, work will also be done on the management of new species, with a view to expanding and diversifying the current exhibition sample, which must be supported by the creation of the necessary conditions and workforce to guarantee the care of animals.
The direction of the State Unit of Various Productions of Otero conceives in its administrative project for the revival of the Municipal Zoo, the authorization of points of sale to offer different gastronomic services to the families that visit the installation.
