Florida, May 5 – The fifth workshop on these specialties was held in the municipality of Florida, with the participation of several History, Marxism-Leninism, and Civic Education teachers. The workshop was led by professionals from the Municipal University Center and local methodologists.
During the exchange, the teachers shared their experiences on how to teach these subjects to students, highlighting different initiatives to ensure the message is conveyed more clearly and accurately. They also emphasized the challenges of Civic Education and confronting enemy subversion.
The main objective of this event is to support the Government’s four priorities for 2026, which include strengthening National Unity, transforming ideological work, supporting measures to address distortions, and continuing to rectify errors in the construction of Socialism.
The fifth Workshop on History, Marxism-Leninism and Education for Civic Life in the municipality of Florida constituted a space for reflection, exchange and systematization of pedagogical experiences to strengthen the quality of the teaching process in the current conditions, as part of the continuous improvement of the Cuban educational system.
