Florida, January 20 – The municipality of Florida celebrated the anniversary of the «Educate Your Child» Program, a Cuban initiative for non-institutionalized early childhood education.
Elda Mena Suárez, Comprehensive Methodologist for the municipal education department, discussed the impact of this program’s implementation over more than three decades in a report by journalist Luis Ortiz Chaviano.
