Florida, January 16 – This Friday, January 16, at 4:00 p.m., a massive Revolutionary Reaffirmation event will take place in José Martí Park in the municipality of Florida as part of the Cuban people’s tribute to the 32 combatants who fell in the fight against imperialist aggression against the Venezuelan nation.
On this occasion, Floridians will pay tribute to the commitment and courage of their compatriots who gave their lives in defense of the integrity of the sacred soil and the dignity of the homeland of Bolívar and Hugo Chávez.
The event will also serve to reiterate the demand for the freedom of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and his wife, First Lady Cilia Flores, who are being held captive by the United States government in that territory, and to reaffirm to the White House the Cuban people’s willingness to protect the sovereignty of Cuban land at any cost.
