Florida assesses trade management as part of provincial control (+Post)

Florida, Oct. 22 – Yamila Gatorno Cedeño, Citizen Services Specialist from the Cuban Ministry of Domestic Trade, began a working visit to the municipality of Florida as part of the monitoring process in the province of Camagüey. This Tuesday’s visit included an analysis of key indicators in local entities linked to commerce and public services.

The official was accompanied by Miguel Zoca Martínez, Provincial Director of Commerce with state functions; Yadria Vázquez Recio, Director of Organization and Systems of the Business Group for that sector in Camagüey; along with Bárbara López Peña and other executives from that company in Florida.

Among the entities visited were the Los Pinos Family Care System (SAF), part of the Rincón Criollo Base Business Unit, and the El Floridita Local Development Project, entities considered benchmarks in providing community services.

During the tour, aspects related to the quality of customer service, compliance with economic indicators, institutional communication, and responses to public complaints were evaluated.

Gatorno Cedeño’s visit to Florida is part of the monitoring and oversight actions carried out by the Ministry of Domestic Trade throughout the country with the goal of strengthening public management, increasing the efficiency of services, and ensuring closer and more effective service to citizens.
