Florida April 24. With the central slogan For Cuba Together, the inhabitants of the rural community of La Vallita, in the municipality of Florida, celebrated the act for the International Workers’ Day in the mixed educational center Heriberto Martín Guzmán of that demarcation. During the celebration of the proletarian holiday, Osdeneisy Lastre Palacio, a sixth grade student of the educational center, recited the poem Mi Bandera (My Flag) and once again the inhabitants of that demarcation exhibited the traditional banners with slogans that ratify the principles of the Cuban Socialist Revolution. An important moment of the activity was the recognition of the effort and dedication of Yusimy Peñate Rodríguez, administrator of the winery La Vallita, the members of the zonal nucleus of the Party in that community and the members of the Combatants Association. The celebrations for the World Workers’ Day will also reach the rural communities of San Antonio, Algarrobo, Conquista and Rodolfo Ramírez Esquivel, with activities in which the labor collectives with the best results of their management will receive recognition.
