Florida, Mar. 28 – The Second National Exercise for the prevention and confrontation of criminal activities, antisocial behaviors, corruption, illegalities, social indiscipline and other harmful phenomena that affect security, citizen tranquility and order in neighborhoods and communities began in the municipality of Florida with an informative meeting by the command and organs of the Ministry of the Interior.
Led by the Communist Party of Cuba, the new call, scheduled to take place until the 29th of this month, includes all social actors, State and Government agencies and institutions, together with the people of the Floridian territory, and the actions it includes will reach every corner of the municipality, with emphasis on five People’s Councils both in the capital and in the rural areas.
Activities of direct confrontation, educational talks, control of the criminal potential, visits to ex-prisoners and people on probation, evaluation of the care received by children included in the Victoria task, barriodebates and talks in communities are part of the action plan of the National Exercise in progress since last Monday throughout the municipality.
