Florida, Jan. 13 – Any elderly and vulnerable person in Cuba has the right to receive from the State and the Government the necessary help to meet their basic needs through the system of prevention, care and social assistance present in every block and community in the country.
Yadamí Cardoso Hurtado, social worker of the Las Parras popular council, comments on the assistance provided to the elderly in that demarcation in the report by journalist Pedro Pablo Sáez Herrera.
