Florida, Jan. 8 – The Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios (CCS) Manuel Piti Fajardo, of the farmer sector in the municipality of Florida, exceeded its milk and meat collection plans in 2024, and is moving forward in the search for similar results in the current stage.
At the end of the previous calendar, the producers of this agrarian base had marketed to the food industry more than 100 thousand liters of milk and 16.4 tons of beef, a number higher than the amount contracted by the cooperative in the period.
According to the opinion of Santos Simón Alfonso Agüero, president of the farmer CCS Manuel Piti Fajardo of Florida, the fulfillment of the productive commitments in 2024 is related to the systematic follow-up of the milking results and the attention to the vanguard cowboys.
To materialize these results, the motivation and encouragement to each of the 18 cattlemen and farmers included in the contracts for the year was also decisive, based on the fulfillment of the plans and the timely response to their daily demands and needs.
